We attempted to watch a program tonight and went to recorded TV shows. Then used the command "play program number 17". The voice said playing program number 17 NCIS, however, it then played a competely different movie program.

We stopped the program and attempted to play the correct program. There was no voice confirmation of playing the correct program and all we saw was a blue screen. Voice commands to stop playing wouldn't work. Even the back key on the remote wouldn't work. After closing the program, I accessed the report a bug process.

However, the program wouldn't allow me to type in either the summary or the description boxes. Everytime I try all that happens is a beep.

Not sure what to do next.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
