Trying to get an Update on my Amulet Remote Order 4 years 2 months ago #1374

I ordered the Amulet Remote from Amulet Devices, Suite 900, 1401 W. Idaho Street, Boise 83702. I've sent emails to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and made phone calls to phone numbers on the Website for both Boise and Dublin to get a status on my order.

I haven't heard anything from anyone representing Amulet. Can someone help me or is Amulet simply out of business?

OK, thanks for your help. I'm not demanding to know exactly where my order is, but it's a little concerning that my attempts to contact someone are so unsuccessful. Any update or contact info you can provide is greatly appreciated.

we recently started shipping to Europe (previously only USA and AUS) and
this has caused some logistical issues that delayed our USA orders also.
I'm told your order should be sorted before the end of the week.

I too am waiting for my order placed on 10/27 order number 1653. I have tried contacting eddy by email called the number on the web sure and sent question in on website have not heard anything other then an email saying order confirmed. just wanting to make sure I will receive my order and hopfuly soon.

It seems you're the only person from Amulet that will answer questions with any sort of consistency. Any updates on those "logistical issues?"

It doesn't seem right that a tech guy is being side-tracked by all these order questions. Is there someone else you can put me in touch with that can help?

I'm providing a final update for anyone that comes across this topic in the future.

I received my product about 4 weeks after the order date. While communication was sparse at first, Amulet did contact me and explain logistical issues that had delayed all of their shipments in November. Since receiving the order, I have had one minor technical issue, but Amulet contacted me and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. In the end, it was well worth the wait and customer service is excellent thus far.
