I would love to see the voice capture functions moved to a smartphone app. WM7, iOS, and Android apps would open up a large market of devices that your customers are already carrying around in their pockets.

I'm thinking of something along the lines of the current Voice Actions for Android, only directed to a server app running on the Media Center PC.

What do you think?

It's a good idea, and certainly one that has enjoyed regular discussion within the company here.

While we don't have a specific release date, it's definitely on our radar.
