I have been spending quiet a bit of time learn programming since my experiences with AMulet Voice remote. I have come up with what I think could be a useful tool to utilize.

Here are some useful scripts I have made so far:

Amulet Greets you during the day (Good morning, Good Afternoon, Good Even etc):

Command = "Hello" or "Hello Amulet"

Greetings Script Download

Amulet Tells you the Date

Command = "What is the Date, Amulet"

Date Script Download

Tell Amulet to Load your New Custom Commands without restarting Media Center

Command = "I've added new commands"

Index New Custom Commands Script Download

Just an update to the program which I will post on here for download later this week.

A couple things to keep in mind. Media browser will before a standalone project as of April. It will no longer be with in the confines of windows media center. I still believe that mce is a worthwhile investment even though it will probably become debunked in the next couple of years. The integration between amulet and media browser will only work on everyone of media browser pre-mb 3.0.

Anyway, the updates to thus little configuration:

Each command is saved to a cache
You can compile the cache into the customcomands.txt
You can edit each command from the cache and re compile.
Media titles are automatically created for media browser
Playback commands are universal and integrate themselves with the media browser API.
Media titles can be edited and then re compiled, then automatically loaded unto amulet voice recognition software.
scrapped the windows 8 look to the gui.... Suck it windows 8!!
Full control of media browser
Libraries commands are written and compiled with a click of a button (scripts writing scripts...cool!) and the library guiid codes ate the media browser internal codes, not the mce start menu ids. Thus fixing the mce crashing once and for all.
