Hi,

We have been having a new problem the last several days. After watching a recorded program and issuing a voice command to stop the program, Amulet freezes up and we are unable to do anything. This has happened three night in a row. Previously, this happened once in awhile.

When I say Amulet freezes, the continuous banner at the bottom of the page stops moving, the microphone stops responding, voice commands are not recognized, remote buttons do not work, and I can not get out of the screen.

If by chance I can get out of that window, I get a black screen. I managed to send in a bug remote last night.

As an aside, we are noticing that very often, the voice confirmation stops working often. When this happens, voice commands still work.
