Hello,

I am looking for an update on my order status - Order#1665. I am having it shipped to the US - the US number is an unactivated magic jack number (???!), and I have not recieved a response through the website send email function.

Can someone please provide me some info?

When my order arrived, it only had one of the two remotes I ordered. Since I am in Canada, I used a 3rd party proxy to ship me my order (which costs extra of course). The shipment did not indicate that it was only a partial shipment, so it was sent along to me.

I have tried both the online email submission, and contacting ' This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ', but I have not received any response in days.

I need someone to contact me so we can straighten this out. Please advise how I should proceed.

Hi,

My apologies for the shipment error, and also for the lack of communication to date. As noted elsewhere, we have experienced a number of shipping issues recently, and while we have now moved to a new shipping company, it seems there are still a few gremlins.

I will contact you by email to discuss the best resolution. Thanks for quoting your order number - it makes it much easier to check up on orders etc.
