When my order arrived, it only had one of the two remotes I ordered. Since I am in Canada, I used a 3rd party proxy to ship me my order (which costs extra of course). The shipment did not indicate that it was only a partial shipment, so it was sent along to me.
My apologies for the shipment error, and also for the lack of communication to date. As noted elsewhere, we have experienced a number of shipping issues recently, and while we have now moved to a new shipping company, it seems there are still a few gremlins.
I will contact you by email to discuss the best resolution. Thanks for quoting your order number - it makes it much easier to check up on orders etc.
