Here is the scripts that will allow amulet to tell you who is calling on the phone.

1. You need to install a program called W7CallerId Here Read about the diferent modems that you can use off their sites. The modems are old fashoned Data/Fax Modems.

2. Download these scripts Here

3. Place the Call.vbs script on your desktop. It seems the only place that the script will run from W7CallerId.

4.Open W7CallerId Saetting after install:

Place the Call.vbs destination in the targets tab of W7CallerId.

Note: W7CallerId does create call logs, but our Call script creates an XML of our callers, which is easier to read from VBScript later on. W7CallerId also has the ability to use your computer voice to announce calls but AMulet talker.exe does a better job of it, which is why we're using these scripts instead.

5. Write a Custom Command that links the second script in the RAR download called "Who Called today.vbs". This script will read our XML file that is created and appened to each time the phone rings in your home. Now you know who called through out the day, and Amulet will tell you the Time of the Call and who it was.

Note: perhaps create a Task event in windows, that deletes the XML everyday at midnight so onlynew calls from that day are recorded.
